It has been a long process but we are finally homeowners!!! We signed the paper work Thursday and Kevin, Dad and Mat were already over there yesterday getting some work done and Kevin and Dad are already over there today! It is a cute little 3 bedroom one bath house, with a detached 2 car garage. It needs a lot of work, so we won't be moving in until it's done, but we are really excited about the potential! We had a family friend draw up plans and now we are ready to put them in motion! We will post all the happenings with before and after pictures here so be sure to come check back.
At our old rent house the back yard had no shade and wasn't fenced in and was not a good spot to play. Our new house has a huge beautiful old pecan tree to shade the whole yard and it is going to be great for the little ones to run around!
